Heroes of Hope (2016)

This book includes stories submitted to the 2016 Hero of Hope Patient Award by readers of CONQUER: the patient voice magazine. This award honors all people diagnosed with cancer, cancer survivors, and their dedicated oncology nurses, doctors, and families, and their entire communities. The stories included in the Heroes of Hope publication were submitted by the nurses who care for patients with cancer, family members, friends, or the patients themselves.
